Matthew is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, passionate and about working with and educating people in chronic health. His areas of interest include, cardiovascular health, diabetes, IBS, weight management, malnutrition and sport performance. He uses a food positive, non-diet approach and says, “It’s all about creating healthy habits and mind sets, not restrictions”.
Sustainability and empowerment is always his goal.
